Hola Hola!
Familia! How are you all? So much has happened this week. All good things! Unfortunately, I have zero time to really describe anything to you all. Some of our members took us to go bowling today, which was great! But zero time left.
The good news is that Rockford is doing wonderfully! Melanie Chavez will be baptized this coming Saturday which we are super excited for! And we were also able to set a goal with one of our investigators named Eddy (the man that took us to see the Al Capone vault) to be baptized the 22nd of July! Make sure to pray for him please. He is extremely excited.
That miracle family I told you about last week, the Ortiz family, is still progressing and meeting with us! Thank you so much for everyone that prayed for them. We saw those blessings this week.
So much is going on, and there is even more work to be done yet! The work is undeniably true. I found a quote this week that I would like to share with you all:
"Men and women who turn their lives over to God will discover that He can make a lot more out of their lives than they can. He will deepen their joys, expand their vision, quicken their minds, strengthen their muscles, lift their spirits, multiply their blessings, increase their opportunities, comfort their souls, raise up friends, and pour out peace." - President Eza Taft Benson
I found this to be pure truth on my mission.
Whatever step of the ladder you are on in turning your life over to God, I invite you to consider the possibilities. Turn to Him.
I love you all! I love this work with everything that I am.
Que tengan una semana muy linda! Los quiero mucho,
Con amor,
